SMS account security

SMS Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

The account-verification sections below apply to the DrawScale SMS Account Verification Program. The separate assistant SMS program is described further below. The program sends one-time account verification and sign-in security codes that a DrawScale user requests. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Information we collect and how we use it

We collect the mobile phone number a user provides, the user’s SMS consent status and related timestamps, verification-code request metadata, message delivery status, and HELP, STOP, or other opt-out interactions. We use this information only to send and secure requested one-time verification codes, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, honor messaging choices, and maintain records required for security and regulatory compliance.

Mobile information is not used or shared for marketing

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not use that information to market or promote DrawScale or any third-party product or service.

We may provide mobile information to telecommunications carriers, Twilio, and contracted service providers solely as needed to deliver, secure, and operate the verification messages you request. Those providers are not permitted to use the information for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your choices

SMS consent is voluntary, is unchecked by default, and is not a condition of purchasing or using DrawScale. Message frequency varies because messages are sent only when a user requests a verification code. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out disables SMS-dependent verification until the user re-enables text messaging or uses an available alternative.

Retention and contact

We retain SMS program information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the verification service, honor opt-out requests, resolve delivery issues, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. To ask about this policy or request deletion, email privacy@drawscale.ai.

This policy controls how DrawScale handles mobile phone numbers and messaging consent for the SMS Account Verification Program. For other DrawScale data practices, see the general Privacy Policy.

Assistant SMS privacy

The DrawScale Assistant SMS Program collects your sending phone number, account association, opt-in and opt-out records and timestamps, message content and attachments, and delivery status. We use these to connect your phone to your assistant, generate replies, deliver requested reminders and enabled routine alerts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and honor your messaging choices.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with messaging providers such as Twilio, carriers, and contracted infrastructure and AI providers as necessary to operate, secure, and respond through the assistant service, or when required by law. These providers may not use your mobile information or consent for their own marketing.

Enrollment is voluntary. We record opt-in when you send the code shown with the disclosure in Assistant settings. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can disconnect in Assistant settings. Account-verification consent does not enroll you in this separate program.

We retain this information only as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, honor opt-outs, resolve delivery issues, and meet legal obligations. Contact privacy@drawscale.ai about access, deletion, or privacy. See the Assistant SMS Terms.
