DrawScale SMS Account Verification Program

DrawScale, Inc. sends one-time account verification and sign-in security codes to DrawScale users who enter their own mobile number, actively check an unchecked SMS consent box, and request a code. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Consent, frequency, and charges

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or using DrawScale. Message frequency varies because a message is sent only when a user requests a verification code. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s terms and charges apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out and stop receiving messages from this program. Reply HELP for help, or email sales@drawscale.ai. Opting out disables SMS-dependent verification until you re-enable text messaging or use an available alternative.

Delivery and privacy

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. The SMS Privacy Policy explains how DrawScale collects, uses, protects, and limits disclosure of mobile information and messaging consent.

DrawScale Assistant SMS Program

DrawScale, Inc. offers optional two-way text conversations with your AI assistant, reminders you request, and alerts for routines you enable. This program uses a separate number from account verification and does not send marketing or promotional messages.

To join, sign in, open Settings → Assistant → Text Messaging → Connect, read the disclosure, and send the displayed one-time code from your own phone to the assistant number. Opening the dialog or scanning its QR code alone does not enroll you. Signing up for account verification does not enroll you in assistant texts.

Message frequency varies with your conversations, reminders, and enabled routines. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact sales@drawscale.ai. You can also disconnect text messaging in Assistant settings.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. AI-generated responses may contain mistakes; review information before acting. Text messaging is not an emergency service. Availability depends on carrier approval and network conditions.
